At no time in the 16 years history of Bayelsa State has any single administration embarked on aggressive provision of physical infrastructure in the State. After the first leg of the project Tour, I am convinced that within Governor Henry Seriake Dickson’s first tenure, Bayelsa State will host more international events more than Rivers and Akwa Ibom States put together.
